  • How are my patient statements handled?

    We will bill your patients once all insurance payments have been received for a particular date of service. If patient fails to pay, we will discuss further action with you.

  • Will my cash flow improve?

    Clients see immediate improvement in cash flow. Our total focus is billing. We work very hard to maximize collections because we are compensated based on what we collect. We are experts in medical billing which means we get the job done right the first time. We have a good rapport with our business partners, so, when problems arise, we are able to take care of them quickly.

  • How many times do you work a denied charge?

    We’ve been asked this before. All denied charges are worked until paid.

  • How quickly are charges entered and claims filed?

    Charges are entered and filed daily.

  • How often are unpaid claims worked?

    Charges are reviewed every 30 days. The claim is followed up on either through the payer’s website or a phone call to determine why payment has not been received.

  • Will you maintain my credentialing?

    Yes, credentialing is not just a one-time enrollment as some may think. It’s an ongoing endeavor. There is no additional fee for this if we are also doing your billing. If you choose credentialing only, there is a separate fee that will be discussed with you.

  • Why should I outsource my billing?

    We know the industry inside out and have the experience to get the job done right. In addition, employee expenses (salary, Workman Compensation insurance, etc) can be eliminated or substantially reduced. The end result, cash flow and profitability improves while certain costs will be reduced or eliminated.
